"State Farm and Rob Rudakas first added my father-in-law to my auto insurance without my knowledge and for the last 15 years have been charging me. This man moved to AZ 16 years ago and has been deceased for 11 years. They basically would only give back 3 years worth that I paid for a man that is deceased and I did not know was on our policies. I am still owed at least $6000. After a 4 month battle and 3 inquiries opened with State Farm they basically said it was my fault for not taking a man I did not know was on our policies off. By the way their computer system even showed he was deceased and was still charging me monthly."

Stopped in last week just to say “hello”, hand delivered my Christmas cards, and Finn (sp?) the big Goldendoodle was on site, so it was a great day!!! Vicki, is very familiar with me and always very helpful with solving an issue or question that comes up. She gives stellar, professional, and Valpo friendly assistance!! The entire office is family run, small, and that makes it great for giving me personalized service, no AI generated “hold on forever” waiting. :) Rob is a friendly “boss” and always smiling when I wave a hello and he’s on the phone in his office. In todays, tech world and fast paced service of robo phone service and typing endless chat messages via text (large phone service co) I’m so glad I still have REAL humans to assist me, and dropping in office to say hello to Vicki and the gang, grabbing new calendars , and seeing the beautiful Finn is just the best!!
