This office is very sadly managed. They are liars, unprofessional, and apparently they screen calls so they don't have to bother talking to people. I don't know what happened to this place because it used to be a good company. They lost me as a customer and hopefully others will wise up too.

Rob Rudakas and staff are very professional and helpful in assisting you in whatever your insurance needs are. Also, they exude friendliness and that “small town” Valpo charm! If you are lucky and visit on a day when one of two Goldendoodles are hanging around, it’s a great day!!! Year 2023 Another year soon ending 12-27 today and my auto and renter’s insurance continues with Rob Rudakas’ office. Stopped in last week just to say “hello”, hand delivered my Christmas cards, and Finn (sp?) the big Goldendoodle was on site, so it was a great day!!! Vicki, is very familiar with me and always very helpful with solving an issue or question that comes up. She gives stellar, professional, and Valpo friendly assistance!! The entire office is family run, small, and that makes it great for giving me personalized service, no AI generated “hold on forever” waiting. :) Rob is a friendly “boss” and always smiling when I wave a hello and he’s on the phone in his office. In todays, tech world and fast paced service of robo phone service and typing endless chat messages via text (large phone service co) I’m so glad I still have REAL humans to assist me, and dropping in office to say hello to Vicki and the gang, grabbing new calendars , and seeing the beautiful Finn is just the best!!
